In order to effectively provide our investment advisory services, Meritage Capital, LLC must use the services of various third parties such as account custodians and broker-dealers. However we will disclose nonpublic personal information only as necessary to administer, maintain and service your account, as you request or authorize us to do, in the normal course of business. Protecting your privacy goes beyond our relationship with you as our client. Should your relationship with Meritage Capital, LLC terminate, we will not share your personal information with third parties except as laws require and permit.
